    Do I need plans before I contact you?
    No. Most projects start with a site visit, then sketches and working drawings once you've approved the design. If you already have plans, that's fine too.
    What should I have ready when I get in touch?
    An idea of what you'd like to change, a rough budget and when you're hoping to start. The form asks for these, so it only takes about a minute. Photos of the problem help for repair jobs.
